今回の曲は「Today Is Done」今日は終る。。。

終る。。。という言葉が私にとって
慰めの言葉である時もあります。

私は痛みが苦手です。
体のどこかが痛めば すぐに薬で消そう
心の何処かが痛めば忙しく過ごしてきました。


ある日めったにない頭痛が私を襲いました。
その時にふと思い出したのがあの言葉


=全ての経験に無駄はない=



この痛みは私に何のメッセージを伝えようとしているのでしょう？
痛みは悪いものなのでしょうか？

痛みとは何でしょう？

いつもなら痛みから解放されようと、必死になるところ
今回は意識しながら痛みを受け入れてみました。

すると上の方から曲が届き、
私はすぐに書き下ろし始めました。
その時からいつのまにか痛みは完全に消えていました。


今回の曲は『痛みを委ねる』です。
あなたがあなたの痛みから平安を見つけますように…

体のメッセージに耳を傾けてみよう。

I don't do so well with pain.

If there was any pain in my body, I used to immediately reach for a pain killer.

If there was any pain in my heart, I immediately filled my life with business.

Both actions to to run away from pain.

But recently, I have been living by a motto
-Every Experience in Life has Meaning-
That includes pain!

I experienced severe headache which I rarely get.
And I remembered the words...Every Experience in Life as Meaning-

What message was this pain trying to tell me?
Is pain really BAD?
What is Pain???

I usually pray for God to take away my pain NOW!!
But this time, I consciously decided to accept the pain as is.

This is when the music came down.
And as I wrote down the notes, the headache
COMPLETELY disappeared!

The title of the music is Surrendering Pain.

May you find peace from pain.

12月　今年も最後の月になりました。

イエスキリストの生まれた日は確かではありませんが、
世界中、12月25日はクリスマス！

宇宙の愛を伝える為に生まれてきたのが年の最後とは、不思議ですね。

終わりは　始まりー
終わりには　希望ー
という事なのでしょうか？


今日の曲はHeavenly Peace on Earth　という題です。
ある日、何を考える訳でもなく座っていたら、　
太陽の光が家の隅にある観葉植物を照らしているのに気が付きました。
1枚1枚の葉が黄緑色にひかっていて、天からキラキラと金粉が舞い降りてきているようでした。

その時のインスピレーションです。

December, the last month of the year has arrived.

We don't know the exact date of Jesus's birth, but Decmeber 25th is the day that is celebrated.

It is interesting that we celebrate His birth at the end of the year.

The End is the Beginning-
There is Hope at the End-

Could this be the message for us humanity?

Today's music is called Heavenly Peace on Earth.

When I was sitting quietly in my room, I realized the sun light was hitting the plant.

This made each leaf sparkle as if gold dust was sprinkled from the sky.

This was the inspiration for this piece. Gold dusted earth....

こんにちわ　皆さんお元気ですか？


ある本に　『自然界は人間の心を映し出している。』と書いてあります。
最近頻繁に見られる自然災害は、もしかしたら私たちの悲鳴なのでしょうか。


長い間、私たち人間のために、自分を差し出すかのように与え続けてくれている自然。
（（　しぜんが黙っていられなくなるのも　人間が黙っていられなくなるのも　同じことなのかな。。））と、ふと思いました。

動物･･･虫･･･木々･･･宇宙･･･　 　私たちはみんな繋がっているんだと感じ、インスピレーションがきました☆⌒

How have you been?

In a book I read, it stated that things that happen in nature is a reflection of our human heart.

If the spirit also resides in nature, how patiently and selflessly they have given themselves to us for so long.

When nature no longer can stay quiet may be it is like when we humans can not shut up anymore.

When I thought about this, I couldn't help, but reflect on my past actions.

The music selection is called 'Spirit'.
I received an inspiration after reading Chiaki Yamaguchi's book called 'One Million Colored Rainbow'.

Animals, bugs, trees, universe, we are all connected....

初めてマウイ島に来ました。飛行機の冷房で芯まで冷えきった体が、飛行機の外へ　一歩出たとたん　む―んとした暖かい空気に包まれ　心地いい！
もうここで「マウイが好き！！」

澄んだ自然に囲まれているとなぜか体がリラックスします。
自分は何のために生きているのだろう？何をして生きて行ったらいいのだろう？　など考えていました。

プルメリアはあんなに嬉しそうに咲き、魔法のような香りを漂わせている。
カラフルな鳥たちは朝早くから、そうせずにはいられないかのように歌っている。
何か、私にはわからないことを知っていそうな気がして、
毎日　目を開き心を澄まして過ごしてみました。

今回のひと息ことばは　マウイから受けたインスピレーションです。

マウイ　ありがとう　Mahalo !

今回の曲はAmazingという題です。
砂浜に座って海を見ていたら言葉で表しきれないものを感じ、それを音に綴りました。

I came to Maui for the first time. My body was frozen from the cold airplane ride. When I stepped out of the plane, warm tropical humid air enveloped me and as I melted, I was already falling in love with Maui.

When I surround myself in pure nature, the body relaxes and can't help but to start asking questions like "why am I living?" "How should I live my life?".

I see plumeria blooming so happily as they exude a magical fragrance in the air. I see colorful birds chirping unable to suppress their joy.

I went through a day with open eyes and an open heart earnestly desiring to know the secret of joy that I have not yet known...

The music is called Amazing. The inspiration for the music came when I was sitting on the beach. There were no words to express how ocean spoke to me.

This ' Take a Breather' is an inspiration I have received from Maui.

spring rain

この春　日本へ行ってきました。
雨が多く、　さくらも去年とはまた違う空気を　漂わせていました。

しとしとと降る雨の中、　白く静かにたたずんでいる　さくらの木
なにか切ない思いを起こさせる雰囲気です。
そこに立ち　目を閉じて感じる　春雨の音と香りー
淋しさと清らかさが重なり合った　不思議な空間ー
ここにいる私は　もしかしてだんだん消えていくのかな。。。と
何度も思いました。

今回の音楽は「　雨ー　」
秘める雨のパワーで地球も　心も　洗われますように祈りを込めて送ります。

I went to Japan this spring. There were many rainy days which gave a totally different feeling to the cherry blossoms than last year.

Glowing cherry blossoms in the rain brought out deep emotions within me...
I closed my eyes. The sound and fragrance of spring rain took me to a place where sadness and sacredness overlapped.

I felt as if I am disolving into this mysterious space...

The music selection is called "Rain-I". May the earth and our hearts be washed with the magical power of rain...

私は春が大好きです。　今年の冬はめずらしく雨が多く、
花がいつもよりパワフルに、一斉に咲こうとしている感じが伝わってきます。

今回の音楽は　"Lilly"　です。
主人がプレゼントしてくれた百合の花を、キーボードの上に飾りました。
その花を　ボ～～～っと　見つめていると、
急に目が覚めるような感覚になり、百合の純真さと
美しさ－－　静けさ－－　優しさ－－
そして花の存在の謙そんさに、とても心をうたれました。

Hi! How have you been?
I love spring! We had alot of rain this winter and I can feel
all the flowers waiting to burst open!

The music for this spring is 'Lilly'.
Inspiration came from the Lilly I received from my husband.
I had them on my keyboard.

One day as I was sitting at my keyboard daydreaming, I was
suddenly awestruck by the simplicity and beauty,
the quiet gentleness and humbleness of their life.
